Ingredients:

| Green chiles, mild or medium | 1 (4 oz) can |
| Garlic powder | 1 teaspoon |
| Salt | 1 teaspoon |
| Black pepper | 1/2 teaspoon |
| Grated Parmesan cheese, for tops | 1/2 cup |
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Grease two large baking sheets or line them with parchment paper.
- Arrange tortilla chips on the baking sheets, cup side up.
- In a large bowl, combine cream cheese, mozzarella, egg, corn, green chiles, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Scoop filling into the tortilla chips, about 1 tablespoon per chip.
- Sprinkle the tops of the filled chips with Parmesan cheese.
- Bake for 13-15 minutes, or until the tops are golden brown and the cheese is bubbling.
