Foster baby is adopted 7 years after apartment fire left him with horrific burns
Deyvion was only a newborn in a cradle when a fire raced through the flat where he slept. Firefighters saved him from the fire, but he suffered severe burns all over his face.
Deyvion’s survival was a miracle, and this strong little baby from Missouri went on to recuperate in a special burns unit, where he battled his way back to health.
This miraculous youngster accomplished all of this without the support of his loved ones, and it wasn’t until he was five years old that he became the foster child of Beth Plunkett, a single mother of two.
“I thought he was a beautiful little boy, and I fell in love with him very quickly,” Beth told WGN9 news. A baby gets adopted seven years after an apartment fire left him with horrific burns. Newsner, October 19,
