Michael Bublé gets choked up as son accompanies him on piano.

Michael Bublé is celebrated for his rich voice and classic love ballads, but recently, the Grammy-winning artist experienced a deeply emotional moment that had nothing to do with his performances or accolades.

This touching instance came from his 11-year-old son, Noah, who surprised him in a heartfelt way that left Bublé visibly touched.

In 2016, Michael’s life took a dramatic turn when Noah was diagnosed with liver cancer at the tender age of three.

Bublé and his wife, Luisana Lopilato, are parents to four children: Cielo, 2, Vida, 6, Elias, 9, and their eldest, Noah, 11.

When the 49-year-old singer learned about Noah’s illness, he expressed in a statement that both he and Lopilato were “devastated.”

“Luisana and I have paused our careers to focus entirely on helping Noah recover,” he shared.

In a subsequent interview, the “Haven’t Met You Yet” artist reflected on the moment they received the heartbreaking news.

“It’s the worst thing you can hear as a parent, or as a human being,” he told People. “I would have preferred it to be me. Many times, I wished it had been.”

After 18 months of treatment, Noah entered remission.

“I wouldn’t wish that kind of suffering on anyone, but I believe that enduring true pain and fear allows you to appreciate life more deeply,” the devoted father of four shared with People, emphasizing his commitment to being an engaged parent.

Noah is now a joyful and healthy 11-year-old with a promising future. He has not only triumphed over significant challenges but is also beginning to follow in his father’s musical legacy.

In July 2022, Bublé posted a touching video on social media featuring Noah playing his song, “I’ll Never Not Love You,” on the piano.

While Bublé was on tour, he was completely unaware that Noah was planning a special surprise for him. The young pianist had been diligently practicing his father’s song, eager to showcase the skills he had been honing.

Bublé shared the clip with the caption, “More talent in his little fingers than I have in my whole body!!” In the video, he is often seen moved to tears by his son’s performance.

As the opening notes began to play, Bublé’s eyes lit up with surprise. Joined by his son, who skillfully played the piano, he started singing the song for his fans, admitting, “I’m getting choked up.”

In a heartfelt message to his followers, the “It’s a Beautiful Day” artist shared, “Noah surprised me after I returned from tour. He put in so much effort to learn this song. I’m so proud of my boy.”

In the 2022 baby announcement, the official video for “I’ll Never Not Love You” features the Grammy-winning artist and his wife recreating iconic romantic moments from beloved films like The Notebook, Love Actually, and Titanic.

At the conclusion of this mini-movie, the singer is shown meeting his three children and wife at the grocery store, where she reveals her baby bump, announcing they are expecting their fourth child.
