Penny Talbot is turning heads — not because of scandal, drama, or controversy, but because she’s genuinely happy in a relationship most people would gossip about behind closed doors.
The reason? Her boyfriend, Jake Timms, was born with a condition called microp**is — a term used to describe when a man’s genitalia measures under 2.8 inches when fully erect. This affects only about 0.6% of men worldwide, according to Healthline, but the stigma around it? That’s far more widespread.
Still, Penny couldn’t care less.
“When I saw Jake’s for the first time, I wasn’t horrified. It was actually the opposite,” she told the Daily Star. “I thought it was absolutely perfect. Jake and I have a very healthy sex life, and I’m always satisfied.”
Served in the army
Jake, who served in the British army, didn’t realize his size was different until he shared living quarters with other men during his service. But rather than letting insecurity get the best of him, he chose to embrace his confidence.
“I’ve never had an issue in the bedroom,” Jake said. “There’s definitely more to sex than size. It’s about technique.”
Now that’s the kind of mindset we love to see.
And Penny agrees — wholeheartedly. In her eyes, Jake is the full package.
“Yes, he is below average,” she said, “but for me it’s never been about the size of a man’s willy.”

Yes, Jake’s dimensions are smaller, but Penny believes it actually works in their favor—especially after her hysterectomy 18 months ago due to endometriosis.
“Doctors had warned me that sex would be painful,” Penny explained. “So Jake’s smaller size turned out to be perfect because it didn’t cause me any discomfort.”
Rather than letting a medical condition stand in the way of their relationship, the couple found ways to adapt—and even thrive.
They’ve experimented with different methods, from using toys like vibrators to focusing on connection and creativity, making intimacy uniquely their own.
“There are so many ways to spice up your sex life—it doesn’t all come down to your partner’s size,” Penny said. “We use sex toys, like vibrators, but nothing too large since I’m still quite delicate down there.”

She and Jake enjoy maintaining a playful atmosphere in private. ‘We appreciate dressing up and engaging in role play. I find purchasing provocative lingerie to be quite alluring,’ she remarked. ‘For us, the emphasis is on foreplay, and we take pleasure in exploring new experiences.’
Despite the teasing directed at Jake, particularly from his former military friends, he maintains a positive sense of humor. Penny remarked, ‘It is merely typical male banter.’ She noted that they have previously referred to his anatomy as a piece of dental floss, yet he simply laughs it off.
Even Jake’s mother participates in the laughter. Penny remarked, ‘She chuckles when he humorously claims that his two elder brothers received all the advantages.’
Penny mentioned that certain individuals have proposed that Jake contemplate a penis enlargement; however, she firmly believes that this notion is entirely unacceptable.
“That would be my greatest fear,” she remarked. “He states, ‘it is what it is, why should I alter it?’ and I completely concur. I would be terrified if anything were to go awry during the surgery.”
Thus, it is evident that although Jake may be smaller in stature than many, in Penny’s perspective, he represents a significant find — and the chemistry between this couple is far from insignificant.
