When his friends saw his tiny house, they laughed, but once inside, they were stunned. At just 13, Luke Thill from Iowa built a house in his backyard for the price of a cell phone.
While other kids his age were preoccupied with school, Luke spent his time and energy learning how to construct his dream tiny home. Covering 89 square feet, it includes electricity but lacks plumbing for now. Luke, a young minimalist, says, “I wanted a house without a huge mortgage.”
