Casserole with Pepperoni Pizza
A delicious dish topped with every pizza topping imaginable. Salad and garlic bread are my favorite accompaniments. I love the leftovers. This is something I’ve made the night before and brought to potlucks in a slow cooker for the following day.
You can’t go wrong with pepperoni pizza casserole as your go-to pasta and pizza dish for a weeknight meal. The entire family will love it, and it’s quick to whip up, too!
Dozens of egg noodles, raw (2 cups)
Ground beef, half a pound in weight
1 minced onion
2 minced cloves of garlic
One sliced green bell pepper
pepperoni sausage, cut, 1 cup
pizza sauce (16 oz.)
40 milliliters of milk
1 cup of mozzarella cheese that has been shred

Pasta should be cooked as directed on the box.
Heat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit (175 degrees Celsius).
While the onion, garlic, and green bell pepper are browning in a medium pan over medium-high heat, brown the ground beef. Take off any extra fat. Add the pepperoni, noodles, pizza sauce, and milk; stir to combine. Coat a 2-quart casserole dish with this mixture.
After 20 minutes in the oven at 350 degrees F (175 degrees C), sprinkle with cheese and return to the oven for 5 to 10 minutes further.
