According to reports, 17-year-old Karmelo Anthony, who is charged of fatally stabbing Austin Metcalf during a track meet in Texas last week, told his rival, “Touch me and see what happens.”
This is in accordance with a recent police report that provides an update on the altercation that ended in death when Metcalf allegedly requested Anthony to get up from his seat.
Although they had never met previously, the two youngsters competed in a track meet in Frisco, Texas on April 2. According to reports, Metcalf told Anthony, who goes to another school, to get out of the tent at Frisco Memorial High School after he was sitting there in the stands.
“And my brother stepped in and said, ‘You need to move,’” Austin’s twin brother Hunter, who was also present, told WFAA. And he says, “Move me now.”
Then, allegedly, Anthony reached inside his rucksack and produced a knife. Then he stabbed Austin in the chest.
Hunter tragically disclosed how, while he waited for emergency personnel to come, he tried to halt the bleeding by holding his brother in his arms.

Anthony has been charged with murder, and a $1 million bond has been imposed.
The pre-stabbing altercation is now being clarified by an arrest report that Fox News was able to get. According to reports, Metcalf instructed Anthony to leave the Memorial team’s tent. According to the report, Anthony said, “Touch me and see what happens,” after “grabbing his bag, opening it, and reaching inside it.”
The arrest report went on to say, “Austin got up and shoved the man out of the tent.”
Anthony then “reached into his bag and the male took a knife out of the bag and stabbed Austin,” according to a witness who spoke to the police.
