And a few days later, I opened Instagram and was speechless. My mother-in-law shared a photo of herself wearing my set, with a note thanking my husband for the early birthday gift.
At home, my husband and I reviewed the footage, which showed the mother-in-law entering the house with her key, which I regret giving her, and then walking back to her car with the package in hand.
