Anna Windley, a 21-year-old British citizen, ate just one sandwich every five days, weighed 29 kilos at her age, looked like a skeleton wrapped in skin, and was afraid to eat. Regular chocolate once saved the girl’s life, without which she most likely would not have survived.
Anna has always had a lot going on. She was a role model student while she was in school, participating in a variety of extracurricular activities and sporting events. Despite the fact that she had been overweight since birth, she frequently overheard her peers belittling her size. Anna decided to lose weight because she was tired of being made fun of. She started severely limiting her diet, only consuming one sandwich every few days and hardly ever consuming any dairy, meat, or sweets. Anna was diagnosed with “anorexia” because of her “diet,” which frequently resulted in hospitalizations. The girl began to receive warnings from the doctors that, if things continued as they were, she might have a heart attack. Despite being fully aware of everything, she was powerless to object.
“I just wanted to be slimmer,” she explains.
Anna had become so crippled that she could not even look at food or smell it without being terrified. On one particular festival, when they tried to give the girl a pie, she fled into another room because she couldn’t stand being near the food.
But all of that abruptly changed one day, thanks in part to regular chocolate. When Anna used to crave sweets, she knew deep down that she would eat a lot of them, but she still decided to try them. Later, when she stepped on the scales, she noticed that she hadn’t gained any weight, so she gradually began to treat herself.
The Britishman says, “It seemed ridiculous to think that just a piece of chocolate would cause me to gain weight. But I didn’t realize that eating is not as terrifying as it seemed to me until after him.
Anna gradually resumed eating normally after this encounter helped her overcome one of her main phobias.
The girl now weighs 45 kg, leads a healthy lifestyle, and remembers that period of her life with dread.
It took two years to return to a healthy weight. Anna has grown into a beautiful young woman with a beautiful body.
She studies, works a job, participates in running competitions, and has a boyfriend. Anna no longer wants to consider herself at that weight.
